Museum Club (The Zoo)

A taxidermist's dream, this enormous log cabin houses an impressive collection of preserved animals. Hunter Dean Eldredge began putting the collection together in the 1930s. However, shortly after opening the museum transformed into a nightclub. Remaining one of Flagstaff's top venues, Eldredge's animals can still be admired as you drink and dance the night away at this lively party spot.

Riordan Mansion State Historic Park

Constructed in 1904 by lumber giants Timothy and Michael Riordan, this mansion is unique in the fact that the two sides of the 40-room home are mirror images of one another, ensuring the two families that lived here had equal-sized living quarters. Visitors can take guided tours of the mansion and enjoy the surrounding areas, complete with picnic facilities.

Museum of Northern Arizona

Flagstaff's Museum of Northern Arizona is home to an important collection of local Indian archaeology, geology and anthropology, with many interesting historic artifacts displayed in five galleries. Housed in an appealing stone building, other attractions at the museum include workshops, exhibitions of fine art and a nature trail.
